"Bridge Inspection Support Technology" ~ Remote Automatic Photography System ~ *NETIS Registered*

Responding to the principle of utilizing inspection support technology by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. Streamlining inspections and promoting digital transformation (DX). Also accommodating 3D deliveries, with many successful applications in national highway bridges and NEXCO bridges.

"We often hear voices expressing the desire to efficiently inspect areas where close visual inspection is difficult, to enhance the safety and accuracy of inspections, and to reduce the effort required for digitizing inspection records." "Our company provides inspection support technologies that contribute to the efficiency and advancement of bridge inspection operations, including a 'Remote Automatic Imaging System' and 'Damage Analysis Utilizing AI,' as well as the damage diagram creation support software 'CrackDraw21.'" "By analyzing image data of deck slabs, piers, and abutments captured by the 'Remote Automatic Imaging System,' we can detect cracks, water leaks, and spalling with accuracy equal to or greater than visual inspections. All types, sizes, and locations of deformations are compiled into a database for delivery. We can also support the efficiency of report creation and comply with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's recommended 3D delivery." "By freeing workers from dangerous and arduous tasks, we create a safe and comfortable working environment, enabling the advancement of inspections and inspection management through digital transformation, as well as the implementation of asset management." 【Features】 ■ Capable of capturing extensive areas inefficient for close visual inspection in a short time ■ No need for rope work or bridge inspection vehicles during imaging ■ Complies with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's regular inspection guidelines for deck slab cracks of 0.05mm in width *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

Remote Automatic Shooting System

Investigation of concrete structures using images! Also addressing the assessment of integrity after a major earthquake!

The "Remote Automatic Imaging System" is a system that accurately detects deterioration and deformation such as cracks and leaks by visualizing the condition of structural surfaces. Using a digital video camera or digital camera, telephoto lens, and automatic pan-tilt head, it automatically captures images of concrete structures such as dams, bridge piers, and buildings from a distance. The obtained image data is converted into deterioration and deformation development diagrams and input into CrackDraw21, which we developed. This enables detailed equipment management, such as checking the condition of social infrastructure and analyzing deterioration and deformation characteristics. 【Features】 ■ Capable of investigating areas that cannot be inspected visually ■ Can survey a wide area in a short time ■ Improved safety due to non-contact inspection ■ Significant reduction in work time compared to temporary setups ■ Quantitative comparisons before and after large-scale earthquakes are possible *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Inspection Support Technology for Bridges <Presentation of Explanatory Materials>

The remote automatic imaging system is a technology registered in NETIS and the inspection support technology performance catalog. It achieves efficient inspections and advanced data utilization and digital transformation (DX).

Our company provides inspection support technologies that contribute to the efficiency and advancement of bridge inspections, including the "Remote Automatic Photography System," "AI-based Deformation Analysis," and the deformation diagram creation support software "CrackDraw21." By analyzing image data of the deck, guardrails, piers, and abutments captured during inspections, we can detect and digitize deformations such as cracks with accuracy equal to or greater than visual inspections. We database inspection dates, deformation locations, types of deformations, and scales of deformations, enabling objective assessment of progression and visualization of these factors. Additionally, we support the creation of reports and linking with 3D models. 【Features】 ■ Capable of capturing extensive areas that are difficult to inspect visually or are inefficient to inspect in a short time ■ Safe inspections using non-contact, ground-mounted equipment ■ No need for rope work or aerial work platforms/bridge inspection vehicles during photography ■ Complies with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's inspection guidelines for capturing cracks of 0.05mm in width ■ Applicable to large structures such as high-pier bridges ★ We are currently offering materials that provide an overview of this technology, along with reference information for selecting inspection support technologies.
